This beachfront experience has 2 bedrooms with extra sleeping space in the living room area with the space to sleep 6-8 people comfortably. The main bedroom has a queen size bed, and the second bedroom is equipped with double-sized bunk beds.  There is also a futon and couch in the living room area for additional sleeping arrangements.  

The open concept kitchen and family room provides ample space for everyone to enjoy and relax.
Kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove, full sized electric fridge, ample countertop space, cutlery, pots and pans, microwave, kettle, toaster, air fryer, and Keurig as well as plenty of storage. 

The cottage has central AC to help keep you cool on those hot summer days, and furnace to keep you warm during the early spring and fall.

The outside of the cottage has a large covered deck that wraps around two sides and is completed with plenty of seating, an exposed area for sunbathing, propane BBQ and fire table.   ​

 

Drive around the park in the lifted golf cart that's included in the rental. In order to drive the golf cart you must be 25 years of age or older with a valid drivers license. 
 

There is designated parking for 2 cars in front of the unit .

The cottage is professionally cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. Renters are expected to leave the vacation property in the same condition in which they found it, this includes cleanliness, garbage removed and furniture in place as received.
