The Comforts of 35 Valley Lane

Our Hideaway is a 2 bedroom plus an additional sleeping space in the den/sunroom.  It sleeps 8 comfortably. Main bedroom has a queen size bed, bunkbed room with a single/full bunkbed with additional pullout trundle bed and sliding door/privacy screen.  The sunroom also provides a couch and collapsible twin couch-bed.  

Open concept kitchen and family room provides ample space for everyone to enjoy and relax.
Kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove, full sized electric fridge, large countertop space, cutlery, pots and pans, microwave, kettle, toaster, and Keurig as well as a large pantry for storage. 
The sunroom also offers a second fridge to store drinks and cold snacks for the kids

Our cottage has Central AC and two ceiling fans, one in the dining room and the other in the bunkbed room to help keep you cool on those hot summer days, and furnace to keep you warm during the early spring and fall.

It boasts a large covered deck with of plenty seating: out door dining set with seating for 6 people.  The deck also has large privacy screens if needed.   

Walk around the rear of the cottage for an intimate and unique relaxation area over looking turtle pond; equipped with two chairs and a table, and tiki torches.

There is a propane barbeque for your use, one tank of propane is included with the rental.

 After the sun goes down, relax around the campfire or entertain on the lighted, covered porch. 

Drive around the park in our lifted golf cart that's included in the rental. In order to drive the golf cart you must be 25 years of age and older with a valid drivers license. 
 

There is designated parking for 4 cars in front of our unit;  We are conveniently located near the boat launch and you will also have room to store a trailer for any water crafts. We are also just a 2 minute walk to the Elco Beach playground where the kids can blow off some steam!

The cottage will be professionally cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. Renters are expected to leave the vacation property in the same condition in which they found it, this includes cleanliness, garbage removed and furniture in place as received.
