This cottage is a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom that sleeps 8 comfortably. The primary bedroom has a queen size bed, the other two bedrooms have single-sized bunk beds in each, and there are 2 pull out couches in the enclosed sunroom.   

There is an open concept kitchen and dining area that has enough seating for 6.
The kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove, full sized electric fridge, cutlery, pots and pans, microwave, kettle, toaster, and Keurig. 

It has a functional AC unit for those hot summer days and heat for cooler nights in the spring and early fall.

There is a covered deck outside for entertaining or extending your day outside, completed with a large sitting area, and propane BBQ with tank. There is also a picnic table on the lower patio as well as an enclosed steel firepit for cozy nights.

This rental comes with a lifted, 4-seater golf cart included in the rental. In order to drive the golf cart you must be 25 years of age and older with a valid drivers license. 
 

There is designated parking for 2 cars in front of the property.  This cottage is perfectly located in the middle of the park, a short ride from Elco Beach, Wyldewood Beach, Quarry, and Family Funplex!

The cottage will be professionally cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. Renters are expected to leave the vacation property in the same condition in which they found it, this includes cleanliness, garbage removed and furniture in place as received.
